Contract and Revenue Management:
- Collaborate with supervisors to set revenue targets from oil tanker services, categorized by contract types such as Spot Charter, Time Charter, and Contract of Affreightment (COA).
- Develop work plans, set monthly and annual targets, and establish management strategies, including customer engagement activities to acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Seek new clients and meet them independently or with supervisors/subordinates.
Cargo Transportation Management:
- Plan annual vessel utilization quarterly, monthly, and weekly schedules, aligning with customer plans and company business strategies.
- Monitor and ensure oil delivery schedules meet customer deadlines.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Work with the Project Investment & QM (PRM) department to plan and conduct the annual customer satisfaction survey.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution, while establishing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Analyze survey results and prepare summary reports on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, oil and petrochemical businesses, or maritime/shipping industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or equivalent leadership role.
