Assistant Financial Manager

Financial Management

• Execute both short-term and long-term financial management plans, including budgeting and project investment plans, in alignment with the company’s financial strategies.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, analyze causes of overdue payments, and provide insights for management meetings.
• Review and verify financial data accuracy before external communication.

Loan Management

• Analyze financial data and compare funding options from banks and financial institutions; review term sheets (interest rates, loan tenures, and conditions) and prepare loan summary tables for submission to the Finance Manager and presentation to BOD/BOE for approval.
• Verify loan repayment schedules prepared by subordinates and ensure accurate, timely installment payments.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and review cash flow closely, analyze financial liquidity, prepare Current Ratio reports, and manage cash and securities to maintain the Debt-to-Equity (D/E) ratio in line with the policy.

Investor Relations & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and verify financial data for investors and external parties, ensuring timely disclosure through appropriate channels in compliance with Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) regulations.
• Prepare the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) Report on a quarterly basis, explaining and analyzing the company’s annual and quarterly financial statements, and submit the report to the SEC as required.
• Compile financial information and conduct financial analyses to prepare quarterly investor presentation materials for submission to the SET.
• Participate in quarterly Analyst Meetings with investment analysts, fund managers, and interested stakeholders following the announcement of financial results, to present performance updates, provide clarifications, and respond to inquiries regarding the company’s financials.
• Ensure the submission of all financial reports and disclosures required by the SET and SEC, in full compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial statement analysis, financial management, or loan management within a public company, with at least 3 years in a managerial role or equivalent leadership position.
