Truth Maritime Services Co., Ltd.

Truth Maritime Services Co., Ltd., formerly known as Top Maritime Services Co., Ltd., was established on November 11, 2011, with an initial registered capital of THB 520 million. The company was originally founded as an affiliate of Thai Oil Marine Co., Ltd., one of the leading oil and energy companies in Thailand.

In the early stage of its operation, the Company primarily focused on providing passenger transfer service in the Gulf of Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. The fleet comprises 13 aluminum-hull crew boats, each accommodating up to 90 passengers, operating at service speeds of 15-22 knots with a length overall (LOA) of 36 meters and a draft of 1.7 meters.

About Truth Maritime Services

On May 1, 2021, the Company was renamed Truth Maritime Services Co., Ltd., becoming a strategic subsidiary of Prima Marine Public Company Limited. This milestone represents a significant step in enhancing the Company’s marine service capabilities and broadening the scope of its offshore support services, delivering them with greater comprehensiveness and efficiency. 

At present, the Company operates the following vessels: 

Crew Boats — 19 vessels
 Accommodation Work Barges — 2 vessels
 Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FSO) —1 vessel

Truth Maritime Services Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of THB 1.3 billion, demonstrates strong financial stability and operational capacity to provide integrated solutions that serve clients in the offshore energy industry.
